Hit 10,000 bricks laid this week and my knees are screaming about it

I was just tracking for a tax thing and the number popped up, made me think about all the wear and tear. What's your go-to for joint support after a long day on the scaffold?

Honestly, my go-to is just a weird mix of ibuprofen and sitting very, very still. The real trick is not letting your body fully realize how much you've done until you're already on the couch.

Ten thousand bricks in a week is just insane... that's a whole lot of bending. A good soak in Epsom salts is the only thing that ever shuts my joints up.

How do you even have the willpower to get out of the bath after a soak? My last Epsom salt attempt ended with me looking like a giant, sad prune and my knees still sounded like a bowl of rice krispies. I admire your dedication, because after a project like that I'd just accept my new life as a permanently hunched-over creature.
