Last Thursday was my best day on the job in 3 years
I was laying a herringbone pattern for a patio in Phoenix and the mortar mix was just perfect, no slumping or drying out too fast. Every brick fell into place like it was meant to be there, not one had to be tapped more than twice. Anyone else have those days where your hands just know what to do without you thinking about it?

Yeah, saw a podcast clip the other day where this guy was saying we put too much pressure on ourselves to make every moment meaningful. @oliver_wilson49 kinda nailed it - sometimes a good day is just a good day without needing to turn it into some big life lesson or whatever. It's like, can't we just enjoy a decent sandwich and a sunny afternoon without analyzing it to death?
