When my string line snapped on a 60 foot wall back in 2009
I was building a garden wall in Tacoma and the line broke halfway through a long run, so I pulled the whole third course apart and re-laid it by eye, but the top row ended up with a visible wave that the homeowner never noticed until I pointed it out, and now I check twine tension every 8 feet before I start setting brick.
