Bought a $22 'meal prep starter kit' from a Facebook ad and it was just 6 tiny plastic containers
I saw the ad in March and figured $22 was worth it since it promised portioned containers, a meal planner, and a recipe guide. What showed up was six flimsy 8-ounce cups that crack when you microwave them, plus a PDF link that wants another $9 a month for the recipes. Three of them warped after one round of chili, so I tossed the whole thing. The dollar store on Colfax sells the same cups for a buck apiece and they hold up fine. Did anyone else get suckered by one of these meal prep ads, or am I the only one who fell for it?
