Just saw a breakdown showing a single chicken can stretch into three full dinners
Found a video from a chef in Chicago who bought a $7 whole chicken. He roasted it for night one, used the carcass for soup on night two, and turned leftovers into tacos for night three. Anyone else have a cheap protein they can spin into multiple meals?

Wait, a whole chicken for only seven dollars? Where is this magical place? I haven't seen a price like that in years, everything at my store is double that. That chef must have some secret hookup or bought it ten years ago.

My buddy Dave found a butcher shop in his old neighborhood last month. He got a whole chicken for six bucks and some change. The place was tiny, cash only, and the freezer looked like it was from the 70s. He said the guy just doesn't believe in raising prices on the regulars.
