I finally realized I was buying the wrong size bags for 6 months
Been using those 13-gallon kitchen trash bags for over a year. Last week my buddy came over and pointed out my can is actually 10 gallons. Said I was basically throwing money away on bigger bags we didn't need. Did the math and it's like an extra $4 a month for NO reason. Anyone else have a moment where you just assumed something and it cost you?

$4 a month is nothing, you're probably saving like 30 seconds fiddling with a too-small bag every time you change it so the bigger ones are actually a TIME saver.

Remember when I tried saving money on trash bags and ended up with one splitting open right as I was taking it out...
