My grocery bill hit $37 a week and I can't believe it

Been doing the budget living thing for a year now. Last month I finally tracked every single thing I bought. My average came out to $37 a week for just me. That's with a lot of rice, beans, and frozen veggies. I shop at Aldi and only buy what's on sale. Honestly thought I was spending way more. Has anyone else gotten their food cost this low? What's your main meal plan?

Honestly $37 a week for food just sounds like normal shopping at Aldi, not some crazy life hack. @dakotas54 is impressed but that's basically rice and beans every single day, which gets old fast. You must be skipping a lot of fresh fruit or meat to hit that number.
