Neighbor's comment about my yard made me switch to a reel mower
I used to run my gas mower every Saturday without thinking about it. Then my neighbor across the street said "your lawn sounds like a jet engine, but it never looks as good as when old Mr. Garcia uses that push mower down the block." Stung at first, but I watched Mr. Garcia's lawn and it really was greener and more even. Tried a $40 reel mower off Facebook Marketplace last month and my grass actually looks better. Plus I'm not spending $7 a week on gas now. Anyone else switch from gas and notice a difference in their water bill or something?
