Talked with an older neighbor about his grocery bill yesterday
He was telling me he spends $60 a week just for himself by shopping at three different stores and using their apps for digital coupons. It hit me that I've been way too loyal to one store and missing out on some real savings. Has anyone else tried splitting their grocery trips between a few places to cut costs?

Yeah splitting trips saves me like $40 a month easy.

Well isn't that something. I hear you loud and clear on that one. Every little bit helps these days, you know? I've been doing the same thing with my commute and it really adds up over the course of a month. Forty dollars may not sound like much to some folks, but that's a decent little chunk I can put toward groceries or maybe a nice dinner out once in a while. It's good to know I'm not the only one pinching pennies where I can.
