Unpopular opinion: Sam's Club membership isn't worth it for a single person
I went to that new Sam's Club off the 5 last Saturday to grab their bulk chicken, and after standing in line for 15 minutes behind families with two carts each, I realized I was saving maybe $3 a month on stuff I had to freeze half of anyway. Has anyone else ditched a warehouse club membership after realizing the math doesn't work for one person?

Man, I read something last week that said most single people waste about $40 a month on stuff they end up throwing out from those bulk stores. That honestly made me rethink my whole Costco membership.

Yeah but here's the thing nobody talks about with Sam's - their rotisserie chickens are $4.98 and they're actually bigger than Costco's. If you eat chicken even twice a week you can buy one, shred it, and get like 4 meals out of it pretty easy. Plus their produce section is actually decent for single people since they sell smaller packs of things like bell peppers and bagged salads that don't go bad in 3 days.
