Dropped $300 on a fancy CRM that I ditched after 2 weeks
I bought into all the hype about that high-end CRM for my construction crew, but the setup took forever and nobody could figure out the calendar. Switched back to a shared Google Sheet and it works way better for scheduling jobs. Anyone else overspend on software you barely used?

Yeah no kidding. I spent a fortune on project management software once and ended up using post-it notes instead. Sometimes the simple stuff just works better.

Man, that's the truth. The fancy stuff just gets in the way sometimes. A good old sticky note never let me down.
