Had to pick between two CRM systems after 30 trial accounts

Last week I put HubSpot against Pipedrive for my contracting crew. HubSpot felt powerful but clunky on my phone. Pipedrive was simpler but I was scared we'd outgrow it fast. I went with Pipedrive since we only have 4 guys and I was tired of overcomplicating every job. So far it's been smooth, but has anyone else hit a wall with one of these after a few months?

Used Pipedrive for 8 months with my landscaping crew of 3. The simplicity was great at first but then we started adding custom fields for job costs and it got messy fast. Dashboards felt basic too, had to export everything to spreadsheets to see real numbers. Still, I don't regret skipping HubSpot, that phone app felt like a punishment.
