Can we talk about friends who only call when they need something?

My old friend Sarah from high school hit me up last Friday after not talking for 8 months. She needed a ride to the airport at 5 AM. I said yes because I felt guilty but then I realized she never asks how I'm doing, just what I can do for her. Last time it was borrowing $40 for a late bill she never paid back. I finally told her no this time and she got all cold and said 'fine, I'll figure it out.' Haven't heard from her since. Has anyone else dealt with that one sided friend who treats you like a resource?
