Waited 8 months? Bro that's on you at that point. If someone's lying to you for that long, talking it out isn't gonna fix anything, it just gives them more chances to keep the act going. Sounds less like she played you and more like you kept hoping she'd change. At some point you gotta just cut it and move on instead of waiting for the truth to magically show up.
