Rant: the $300 soundproofing foam I bought after my neighbor feud did nothing
Spent $300 on foam panels and a door seal kit after things got ugly with the guy upstairs, and it blocked maybe 10 percent of the noise. Should I have just moved instead of trying to fix the walls?
