Honestly, I would have said the same thing a year ago. But I saw a friend go through something similar and it totally changed my view. The situation looked bad from the outside, but there was a lot of context we didn't know. Now I try to ask more questions before calling something a red flag. Sometimes things are just more complicated than they seem.
