Hitting 500 regulars at my pop-up after 14 months felt unreal
I kept telling myself the line out the door on Friday was a lucky crowd, then I counted my repeat customer punch cards and realized 500 people have come back at least twice, so now I'm wondering if I should actually hire a second pair of hands or just keep sweating through the lunch rush alone, has anyone else been blindsided by a number like this?

Do you mean hire someone for the whole job or just outsource the stuff that's eating your time first?
