Honestly, I fired my best sales guy in Denver three years ago and it saved my company.
He was hitting his numbers but constantly bad-mouthed our new product line to the team. I found out he was telling our biggest client it was 'junk' to keep selling them the old stuff. Has anyone else had to cut a top performer for poisoning the culture?
