I watched a guy at my gym in Salem run his pest control business from the treadmill, and it hit me why so many owners stay stuck at 3 employees
He takes calls between sets and says yes to every job, then wonders why he is out at 9pm doing termite checks himself. I ran a 4 person crew for 2 years doing the exact same thing, answering texts during my daughter's soccer games in Bend. How many of you are still the bottleneck in your own company because letting go feels harder than burning out?
