Raised my prices 18% in January and only lost 2 clients, but one guy said I burned him
I was scared to raise rates for 3 years and finally did it after a buddy in Dallas pushed me. Now I can't tell if losing those 2 was the cost of doing business or if I should've grandfathered the long timers, what would you do?
Ha, burning one guy while the other 98% stayed is a pretty good trade if you ask me. Grandfathering the long timers sounds nice until you realize you're running a charity, not a business.
