Realized my CRM had a duplicate contact filter I never used for 2 years

I was manually merging 15 client entries every month until an accountant buddy glanced at my screen and pointed out a "merge duplicates" button. Saved me about 3 hours of busywork per week since last February. Anybody else found hidden features in software they already pay for?

Bruh, I feel your pain, I found a "bulk email" button three years into paying for Mailchimp lmao.

Wait, you honestly didn't know that was there? That button is literally the whole point of Mailchimp. I get missing some fancy automation stuff, but bulk email is like their main feature. Three years is brutal though, that's a lot of wasted time clicking send on each one.
