Spent 9 hours trying to get my solo 401k set up through Vanguard, only to realize a simple form was missing.

I was stuck on step 4 for two weeks because the PDF had a hidden signature field that wouldn't show up on my phone, so is it worth it to hire a TPA for this stuff or just suffer through the paperwork yourself?

Honestly, that hidden signature field got me so bad the first time too. I spent like 20 minutes going back through the whole form wondering what I missed before I finally scrolled all the way down and saw it tucked away near the bottom. Felt like such a dummy after, but at least I'm not alone in that nightmare. Ngl, whoever designed that layout should have to sit through a whole training session explaining why they thought hiding it was a good idea.
