The mentor who told me customer loyalty is dying was dead wrong, here's what happened last month
After 3 years of chasing new clients and struggling, I doubled down on my existing 12 repeat customers with handwritten thank you notes and special discounts, and last month my revenue jumped 40% while my competitors are all panicking about inflation, has anyone else ditched the growth at all costs mindset and seen better results?

Handwritten notes are honestly UNDERRATED, I started doing that last year and my customers went NUTS for them. The loyalty you build from making someone feel seen is way stronger than trying to grab every random lead that comes your way. Growth at all costs is a trap because it burns you out and your best customers notice when you stop caring about them. Focusing on the people who already trust you is a WAY better bet, especially when the economy gets shaky. You proved the old advice wrong, and that's really cool to see.

Is writing a note really gonna make or break your business? Feels like people blow this stuff out of proportion sometimes. Customers just want their coffee made right, not a handwritten novel about how special they are.
