Vent: That week in 2018 when our biggest supplier in Toledo just ghosted us
We had a $15k order ready to ship, and our main contact stopped answering calls and emails on a Tuesday. It turned out their whole operation shut down overnight without telling anyone. We spent the next four days scrambling to find a new source before our own customers got mad. Anyone else had a key partner just vanish like that?

Man, that's brutal. In my experience, you gotta have a backup supplier lined up for anything critical. It saved us more than once when a primary source fell through.
