Paid a VA $600 to handle my invoicing for a quarter and she cut my late payments by 40%
I almost cancelled the whole thing after week two because I hated giving up control, but it turned out the problem was never my clients, it was me sitting on invoices for 6 days before sending them, so has anyone else here had a service fix a problem you didn't even know you had?

Man, this hits home for me. I've noticed the same thing in a lot of areas of life, where people think the problem is out there somewhere but it's really just stuff they keep putting off. Like how folks blame their messy house on not having enough space, then you find out they've got three years of mail stacked on the counter they never open. Or how someone swears their budget is broken but they haven't actually looked at their bank account in months. We're all weirdly blind to our own bad habits because we're inside them every single day. Paying someone to just do the thing, even a small thing, can show you the real bottleneck was never what you thought it was.
