Customer kept asking for 'sirloin' but pointed at a whole striploin
After the third time in one week I had people confusing sirloin with striploin, I started putting little diagrams on the counter glass. Has anyone else had to deal with this mix up way more lately?

Diagram on the counter glass is a power move, but are we sure the customers just aren't reading it because they're too busy staring at their phones?
