Hit 500 whole hog breakdowns this morning without even noticing

I was just counting up my ticket stubs from the past 3 years and realized I hit 500 whole hog breakdowns yesterday afternoon. That's 500 full pigs I've broken down since I started at this shop in Austin back in 2021. Honestly blew my mind because I never thought to keep track until my boss mentioned he had me down for the most in the shop. Each one takes me about 45 minutes from hanging to wrapped, so that's like 375 hours of just hog work. I still mess up the tenderloin sometimes if I rush, but 500 feels like a weird milestone that means I'm not a total newbie anymore. Has anyone else hit a random number like that and stopped to think about it?
