That Kreg jig upgrade cost me 150, now I can't go back

Picked up the nicer pocket hole setup after fighting with the cheap one for like 8 months. The clamp actually holds square on the first try now, and my face frame joints line up without shims every time. Anyone else dumped money into the mid-tier version of a tool and wished they'd done it sooner?

Same thing happened to me with my router table fence. Ran the cheap one for a year, dealt with crooked cuts and constant adjustments. Broke down and got the decent one and it felt like cheating. Makes you wonder why you put up with the frustration for so long, right? Once you feel how it's supposed to work, there's no going back. Good tools just save your sanity in the long run.
