Took me 4 hours to find a loose ground in a junction box

I was chasing an intermittent signal drop on a new install in Glendale, swapping modems and checking splitters for hours. Turned out it was a ground wire that wasn't fully tightened inside a junction box behind a bookshelf, took me almost 4 hours to notice. Felt like a dummy after I finally saw it just sitting there loose (not even touching the terminal). Anyone else spend way too long on a simple ground issue?

Took me 4 hours" and yep, I spent a whole afternoon on a coax connector that wasn't fully crimped once, felt dumb.
