Went to a new build in Phoenix and the drywall guys buried every box

Honestly, I showed up to this house near Scottsdale yesterday and spent 45 minutes just finding the cable outlets because the drywall crew covered them all with mud. Tried to cut them out clean with my knife but ended up nicking two lines behind the wall. How do you guys deal with builders who bury boxes like this every time?

I get why you'd say that, but finding the right outlets can be a real pain if they're hidden behind furniture or buried in weird spots. It's better to take the time upfront than to plug something in wrong later.

Honestly, 45 minutes is nothing if it saves you from frying your TV.
