Adjuster offered me a quick $8k settlement or a delayed hearing in Fresno, picked the hearing
My adjuster pushed an $8k lump sum to close out my knee claim, or I could wait it out for a hearing in Fresno that might take 7 months. I took the hearing and ended up with $21k plus my medical stayed open, so waiting paid off for me. Did anyone here take the fast check and regret it later?
