Back in 2019 I used to just sign whatever form my adjuster handed me
Now I scan every single document before I put my name on it after a guy in Fresno told me he signed away his right to future medical care without realizing it. Made me wonder how many people are still trusting that process blindly.

Oh man, that story gives me chills because the same thing almost happened to my brother in Phoenix. He signed a quick release after a fender bender and didn't realize it covered all future issues from the accident until a lawyer caught it days later.

Wait, that quick release thing is real? I thought those were just standard paperwork, not something that could lock you out of future care. That's insane. Sounds like your brother got real lucky a lawyer was watching his back. Makes you wonder how many people just sign that stuff at the body shop without thinking. I've definitely been guilty of skimming and signing in the past, not gonna lie.
