Fell off a ladder at a jobsite in Bakersfield and my supervisor just handed me a bag of frozen peas
I was reaching for a box of tile samples on the top shelf of the storage unit at about 10 AM last Tuesday when the ladder slipped sideways and I landed hard on my hip, and instead of calling 911 or asking if I was okay, my boss just tossed me a bag of frozen peas from the break room fridge and said "walk it off" - has anyone else dealt with a supervisor who refuses to fill out a DWC-1 form?

Did you get his name written down while the peas were still frozen? That form's got a deadline.

Frozen peas or not, that deadline doesn't care about your timings. Did you manage to get it in on time?
