I was stuck waiting on my QME report in Fresno for almost 3 months and the claims adjuster kept saying she never got it. Turns out you can call the doctor's office directly and ask for a copy under Labor Code 4062.2, and they have to give it to you. I got mine in 4 days, hand delivered it to the adjuster myself, and my settlement offer jumped from $18k to $31k. Anyone else tried going around the adjuster like this?
