Just spent 4 months fighting the WCIRB over a simple classification code change

I filed a request to fix my rate classification after a shoulder surgery claim back in March and it took until last week and three separate hearings with a random deputy commissioner just to get them to admit I was right the whole time, has anyone else had a simple paperwork fix turn into a nightmare with these guys?

Got stuck for six months once because they couldn't find a form I mailed twice (always send certified, learned that the hard way).

Wait, did she say certified mail and they still lost it? My buddy had a similar thing happen with the DMV - he sent in his title transfer three times, twice certified. Turns out the clerk was just shoving stuff in a drawer every time it came in instead of processing it. He ended up driving two hours to the main office just to watch them stamp it and hand it back.
