My adjuster answered emails in 2 days, the claims forum answered in 2 hours, and that flipped everything for me
Got hurt on the job in Fresno back in March, tweaked my back lifting a pallet off a truck. Spent the first three weeks emailing my adjuster every question I had and waiting two or three days for one line replies. Then a buddy at my shop told me to post my denial letter on a workers comp forum. Within two hours I had four people telling me the QME panel request had a deadline I was already close to missing. One guy walked me through the exact form numbers and what to write on the objection. My adjuster never once mentioned that deadline in six emails. So now I read the forum first and treat the adjuster like the last step, not the first. Anyone else have their adjuster leave out the 30 day thing on panel requests?
