QC at that urgent care in Bakersfield botched my paperwork again

Third time they've messed up my daughter's lab orders there. I started taking photos of every form they hand me before I leave the room. Also made the front desk lady initial and date the copies I keep in my car. They hate it but it cuts down on the "system errors" that somehow always blame the patient. What's the point of having a computer system if it can't even keep straight who needs a strep test versus a flu swab?

Man I started doing the same thing after my pharmacy gave me someone else's blood pressure meds two months in a row. Now I take a video of them handing me the prescription and read the bottle out loud before I leave. They roll their eyes but I haven't had a mixup since.
