Settled my case after 14 months of back-and-forth, the key was switching from the lawyer's script to plain emails with my adjuster
I sent weekly bullet points with my doctor's notes instead of talking through the legal jargon, and within 3 weeks they offered $8,500 more than the first number, has anyone else had better luck keeping it simple with their adjuster?
