The week my QME report got lost three times
Back in March I waited 8 weeks for a Qualified Medical Evaluation in Fresno. The doctor's office lost my file twice, then the QME portal glitched and wiped my history. I spent 4 hours on hold with the claims adjuster just to get a copy resent. Has anyone else had their QME paperwork just vanish into thin air like that?

Dang that's insane lol. Did the claims adjuster at least seem to care or were they just going through the motions?

Honestly, just call them out on it if they seem rushed. Ask specific questions about the timeline and what documentation they actually need. I learned the hard way to keep a digital folder with timestamps of everything you submit, so when they "lose" a photo you can prove you sent it. Ngl, most of them are juggling way too many claims, so being polite but firm and asking for their supervisor's name upfront usually gets them to pay attention.
