Warning: The lady at the EDD office in Fresno saved me 3 weeks of waiting
I walked into the Fresno EDD office last Tuesday with a folder full of paperwork and no clue what I was doing. A lady at the front desk named Rosa looked at my claim and told me I filed under the wrong code, then fixed it on the spot in like 10 minutes. Did anyone else get lucky enough to catch a mistake before it turned into a 3 week delay?

Got super lucky at the Sacramento office last month when a guy caught that my old employer reported my wages under the wrong quarter. He pulled up the info right there and had it fixed before I even sat down good. Took maybe 15 minutes total and saved me from sitting on hold for hours or driving back and forth. Some of those front desk folks really know their stuff and it makes a huge difference.
