Must have been a real surprise when the crab started scuttling around... probably thought it was trying to steal the memory card or something. Can't imagine the cleanup between the sand and a live creature running loose in a camera shop. Bet the customer walked in with that "this is fine" look on their face while the crab was just plotting its next move.
