My sleeping bag zipper froze solid during a trip to the Boundary Waters last February.
I had to spend the whole night basically sealed inside it because the temp dropped to -15F. What's the coldest weather you've camped in, and did your gear hold up?

Man, my buddy's tent poles snapped like twigs in a Vermont ice storm.

Read an article about a guy who camped on a glacier in Norway. Said his boots froze to the ground overnight. Had to pour warm water on them to get free. My own limit was maybe 10 degrees. My old synthetic bag just got flat and cold. Upgraded to a down bag after that. Makes a huge difference.
