Comparing my old art account to my new one showed me how brutal the mob can be

I used to post fanart on Tumblr back in 2018 and got ratioed into oblivion for drawing a character with lighter skin. Took a break, started fresh on Cara last month with the same style but added a disclaimer that I'm always learning. Night and day, people actually give constructive criticism instead of screenshotting my work to mock it. Has anyone else found a platform where the culture is less about piling on and more about talking it out?
