Hit 500 grooming appointments canceled in one year and it made me rethink everything
I run a small dog grooming shop out of my house and last December I tallied up all the cancellations from 2023. 500 people just didn't show up or called morning of. That's like losing two months of income because of no-shows and last minute flakers and nobody talks about how cancel culture hits small businesses too.

500 cancellations in a year is brutal, I'm sorry you had to deal with that. People really don't see how much that messes with someone running a small operation.
