I called the 'lost Rugrats episode' my cousin swore he saw a fake for 8 months until a guy in Omaha sent me a tape
My cousin kept saying he remembered a Rugrats episode where the babies got stuck in a freezer at the Pickles' house, and I blew him off for 8 months because I couldn't find it on any list of pulled episodes. Then a guy in Omaha emailed me after seeing my post on a trading forum and mailed me a VHS he taped off Nickelodeon in 1994. The tape had the episode, but the audio cut out for 12 seconds during the freezer scene, which is probably why it never made it into reruns. So now I'm stuck between thinking it got pulled for being too scary for kids or just because the master tape got messed up. Anyone got a copy with clean audio, or remember seeing it air past 1995?
