I used to tape every episode of Recess off my TV with a VCR, now I hunt for the banned ones online

When I was a kid in the late 90s I had a shoebox of about 30 VHS tapes in my closet, all stuff I recorded off cable with a timer, and I thought I had the full run of everything. About 6 months ago my nephew asked why a certain Recess episode was missing from his streaming app, and down the rabbit hole I went. Turns out Disney pulled the episode "The Big Prank" for a scene people complained about, and it never came back. Now I sit at my computer hunting fan uploads and internet archive links instead of waiting by the VCR, and it feels weird that the internet saved more cartoons than my tape collection ever did. Does anyone know a good place to find the old edited-out episodes that actually works?
