The new carpet rolls from the big stores seem thinner every year...

It stretches weird and wears out fast. That makes the job tougher for no good reason.

Tesla's recent battery update cut costs by 15% but also added more miles. I see it as using new ideas, not cutting corners. They worked hard on research to make that happen. Sometimes saving money comes from getting smarter, not cheaper. That's how things get better in tech.

Watch everything from tools to towels get a little worse each time you replace them. Feels like we're all just paying the same for thinner versions of what we had.
