Thought seam sealing was a total upsell until a 1970s split level in Dayton humbled me
I used to tell customers it was a waste of money, but after 3 callbacks on the same stair nose I finally tried it and the peeling stopped cold. Anybody got a brand that actually holds up, or is it all the same junk?

Most brands are the same junk. Prep is what matters.
