Used to stretch carpet with a knee kicker for everything, now I use a power stretcher for almost all my residential jobs
Back when I started 8 years ago I thought a knee kicker was fine for a 12x15 room because that's what the old timer who taught me used. Three years ago I finally bought a power stretcher after dealing with a wrinkle call back on a hallway in Phoenix where the customer pointed at a ripple that was maybe an inch long. Now I use the power stretcher for any room wider than 10 feet and I only touch the knee kicker for closets and little landings. My lower back is way happier too. What's your go to for tight spots where a power stretcher won't fit?

Oh yeah it's funny how once you upgrade you can never go back...

Is it really that clear cut though? I upgraded my phone two years ago and honestly I still miss the headphone jack and the physical home button from my old one. Some of the newer features feel like they're solving problems I never had.

@terry_lewis21 people say that but I think it depends on the person. I went from an iPhone 7 to a 13 and honestly the only new thing I actually use is the better camera. Everything else is just extra steps for things that worked fine before. The notch, no home button, swiping for everything, it all feels like change for the sake of change. Give me back my headphone jack and a phone that doesn't need a case to be grippy and I'd be happier.
