Bought store brand pasta sauce for the first time in 8 years, never going back
Picked up the $1.79 jar at the Kroger on Elm Street because the name brand was $4.50 and figured worst case I add extra seasoning. Turns out it's basically the same tomato base and my whole spaghetti night cost me under $6 for four people. Anyone else got a grocery staple they switched to cheap and it paid off?
